In this King Street penthouse, the furniture plan does the heavy lifting. The sectional clearly defines the seating area, the chair introduces flexibility, and the rug pulls everything together. This ensuite was designed to feel like a boutique This ensuite was designed to feel like a boutique hotel bathroom, but with the comfort and organization needed for everyday living. Custom millwork runs throughout, offering a mix of open and closed storage so the space never feels cluttered or overly precious. The mirror, lighting, and vanity proportions were carefully considered to create symmetry and balance, while the patterned floor tile adds quiet movement without competing with the rest of the space.
